Shelia is a motivational speaker, spiritual guru and all round inspirational woman.

Fresh from appearances on ITV, Sky 1 and the BBC we are really excited that she's chosen Cambridge as her next stop!

Sheila will talk to us about the idea and benefits of Spiritual Awakening. How to awaken the wisdom and power within you, change direction without fear and understand that our lives are in our control.

Her aim is to open up our lives as individuals and help us to feel more alive and free.
